Feng shui is one of the three factors of the cosmic trinity of luck; your earth luck (feng shui luck) is only 33.3% of your luck. The feng shui theory is that our wealth and success depends on these 3 factors. Each of the factors below are 33.3% of our success.

Man Luck (33.3%) – you generate this luck from the decisions you make, your actions and the effort you put into your life. This factor is directly controlled by us.
Heavenly Luck (33.3%) – you are born into this luck and we cannot control this.  E.g. your Astrological Chart.
Earth Luck (33.3%) – using Feng Shui you can control this luck by changing your environment and curing negative energy.  How you arrange your home can have a big effect on all the occupants.  Things to watch out for, Do you live by a telecommunication tower or railway?  Do you live on an old hospital site or by a cemetery?  Is your house at the very end of a cul-de-sac?  Do you live by a river or canal?  These are all major things that can affect your Earth Luck. Using Feng Shui you will have control of two thirds of your luck, the Man Luck and the Earth Luck!

Good ‘positive’ and bad ‘negative’ energies fly to different sectors in your property. The energies change all the time, so it is very important that you assess each area of your property at least once a year, an ideal time to do this is towards the end of the year, prior to Chinese New Year.  It is best to have all the New Year activations and remedies in place ready for the Chinese New Year.  Chinese New Year, ‘Year of the Ox’ is on Friday 12th February, 2021.  The energies are at their strongest when they enter and leave a sector and you don’t have to wait until Chinese New Year to book a consultation, the sooner you put your activations and remedies in place the better for you.

Prior to the Consultation

  • Prior to the on-site consultation, Sylvia will need from you a detailed to scale floor plan of your property.  It doesn’t need to be an architectural floor plan; you can measure and draw this yourself showing all the windows and doors.  It must be as accurate as possible and most importantly to scale. Sylvia can do this for you on-site but there will be an extra charge for this service.
  • Your address is needed so she can check your environment and landscaping on Google earth.
  • Sylvia will need the facing compass direction of the property.  E.g. East 68˚ degrees (instructions of how to do this will be given when the consultation has been confirmed).
  • Please can you provide the names and birth dates of all the residents, business owners or company directors, so Sylvia can work out their personal best directions prior to the consultation.
  • What year was the property constructed, what date did you move in?
  • Have you done any renovations?  If so, Sylvia will need dates and details of renovation.

What will happen?

  • This type of consultation requires 2 – 4 hours at your property.
  • Payment must be made in full to confirm the booking.
  • If you live within a 10 mile radius, travel costs are included, but outside this area, travel, accommodation (if required) & expenses are extra.
  • With advanced notice, Sylvia will travel internationally.
  • Sylvia will take the facing compass direction of your property using her Lou Pan to ensure it is correct when she arrives as this is the most accurate method.
  • You will be asked questions so Sylvia can get to know you and find out what you want to achieve from the consultation.

Here are some examples of relevant issues you may want to discuss. Your house may have been up for sale for a long time with no buyer interest. Things may not be going well for you in your career or financially. You are not having any luck romantically at the moment. You are thinking of purchasing a new property and want to know if this is right for you. Any history of the home and former inhabitants is helpful. i.e., divorced, job loss, illness.

  • Sylvia will walk around the property with you and talk about her recommendations and answer any questions.
  • She will go away and write up a detailed report which will be emailed to you within 7 working days.
  • A 45 minute Skype call will be booked with you one week after you receive your report.  This will give you time to digest the information and make a note of any questions you may have about the report.
  • You can book an extra 15 minute Skype call if you need to chat about your activation and remedy placements at no extra charge.

Feng Shui Remote Consultation Explained
Although an on-site consultation is always preferred, this is not always possible or convenient, so Sylvia can perform a remote Feng Shui consultation for you.  The compass reading of your property is so important and must be accurate so Sylvia can provide you with a precise and accurate remote consultation.
